Halal restaurant with wide variety of foods including Chinese, Afghan and Indian food. Slow customer service , that's why 4 star.

Food is really bad. It's not even Afghani, they add too much spice and oil and it's not fresh. They rice is not afghani rice and it's not good.
Haven't tried the Chinese side yet. -

The Place was clean, family friendly and great for a large group gathering. I would give it 3.5 out of 5. The Restaurant is located at 984 Coney Island Ave Brooklyn, NY 11230 b/t Newkirk Ave & Parkville Ave ...
Although the place is called "Halal Chinese & Afghani Cuisine "it's not Authentic Afghani food, I would say it's more of a Pakistani Fusion of Afghani Food. Don't get me wrong, the food was quite good but spending time in Kabul, you tend to see the difference between Authentic Version and Fusion just as same as anyone would when they visit China and eat "Actual Chinese Food" compared to the American Fusion version - completely different ...
I loved the Chinese Dumplings, quite nice in flavor - Highly Recommend it. The shrimps we had were somewhat chewy - a little overdone ... The Kababs and Food were good in flavor but compared to Afghani version, you will find it somewhat more flavorful/spicy (hence the Pakistani Fusion).
The Meat quality I would say has taken a big hit since new management came in, they should work on this. Also, I have noticed how the meat is no longer being served the way it used to, meaning the proportion of Fat to meat has changed either this is because of change of meat supplier or the fact new management does not understand this concept. -

Afghan place which does not know how to make afghan food.
Chicken Tikka was dry and chewy, lamb chops were burnt . Also, the seasoning was bland and tasteless.
Their signature dish - Afghani Pulow was a cheap version. The lamb was all bones, carrot and raisins were greasy, sugary and overcooked. way too much food coloring used in the carrot.
A total waste of money.
Also, the servers here are indecent perverts. They made group and were talking among themselves. Then one of them came asking for my phone number.
Never coming back! -
